| In an effort to minimize problems,
we have noted a few items that could save time on future print
jobs. |
| |
| 1. Please send all artwork on the
disk even if it is saved in the file. Sometimes our computer
will not print the file as well as we would like it to without
the original artwork to print from. |
| |
| 2. Save all pictures that you scan
as small as possible. Items do not have to be as large as the
actual print. Larger files have a tendency to slow down and
create problems for the computer and the printer. |
| |
|
3. Please send all fonts used in the print job. We need the
suitcase and the postscript files.
|
| |
| 4. The margins for our printer are:
left/right - .72in, top/bottom - 1.06in. This may be helpful
when you are setting up your original document. |
| |
| 5. Please save all of your artwork
as an EPS. The printer seems to jumble the artwork when there
are several formats. If possible set up your files in Adobe
Illustrator, Photoshop, or Quark. If you do use a different
program, please outline all fonts to ensure that they print
properly. |
| |
| Our goal is to give you quality
printing in a reasonable time and we hope that by using these
steps, we will be able to better serve you. |
| |
| We look forward to doing business
with you. |
